The promotional campaign “White Fish from Spain. Edukando a Comer Pescado Blanco” (Educating to Eat White Fish) was launched by two Spanish fishing entities of great importance in two sectors of the value chain: the extractive part and the marketing part. They are the Asociación de Armadores de Buques de Pesca en el Gran Sol (ANASOL) and the Agrupación Nacional de Comprupadores de Productos Pesqueros de Puertos (ACOPES).
The project, financed by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPA), and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund (FEMP), was developed by Sinerxia Plus, and had a presence at the Seafood and Conxemar fairs and in several Spanish schools, as well as an important presence on the Internet and in the Spanish media.
