SINERXIA FOOD LAB was a training programme developed by Sinerxia in 2018. Consisting of an intensive course, its objective was the diagnosis, generation of ideas, training and mentoring for the implementation of business projects in the field of agri-food industry in the municipality of Ames. It was developed completely free of charge for unemployed people who wish to train in this area.
In its first edition, the FOOD LAB focused on fruit and vegetable products from a “zero kilometre” or “slow food” perspective. To this end, the project aimed to train unemployed people to promote business initiatives in the municipality of Ames through specialised training in preparation, distribution, promotion and marketing in the agri-food and fruit and vegetable field, as well as business advice, innovation and entrepreneurship coaching.
